why the listing matters

Your listing — the product's sales page — is one of the key drivers of sales on Amazon.

Optimizing your product page has a real impact on sales. Do it for your Amazon business — and let us help.

Need help with your listings?

here's what we offer:

End-to-end listing creation

Copy, attributes and an upload-ready file — for every Amazon marketplace in Europe and the US.

We prepare complete listings: copy in the language of the target marketplace, the attributes your category requires, and a completed Amazon template (flat file) with a correct variation structure. It's a closed, one-off project — you don't need to hand over your account or your sales operations to us.

01who it's for

Who this service is for

01

You're entering a new Amazon marketplace

and need copy written in the local language, not translated word for word.

02

You're expanding your range

on a marketplace where you already sell.

03

Your listings aren't getting search visibility

and their copy and attributes need rebuilding.

04

You need correct flat files

for multi-variation products — where manual listing ends in broken variation families.

×What this service doesn't include:

account management, handling orders, returns and customer messages, running ad campaigns, or product photography. Account management and advertising are separate services — you'll find them here: Account management and Campaign management.

02what you get

What you get

  • 1
    flat file

A complete, filled-in Amazon template (flat file) for one product type with all its variations — ready to upload to your account.

  • 2
    copy

Copy in the language of the target marketplace: title, bullet points, description, and the attributes your category requires.

  • 3
    variations

A correctly built variation structure (parent / child) — sizes, colours, capacities, bundles.

  • 4
    search terms

Back-end attributes (Search Terms) within the scope of the level you choose.

  • 5
    summary

A summary of the items handed over for upload including technical notes, if there are any.

03billing unit

How we calculate scope and price

The billing unit is one product type in one language version.

product type1 product pagewith all its variations
×
language version1 languageresearch and copy from scratch
=
billing1 unitprice doesn't grow with variations
8 variations → 1 unit

1 product type = 1 product page with all its variations. A multi-variation product with eight variations is one unit, not eight. The price doesn't go up with the number of variations.

DEFRIT= 3 units
each language separately

Each language version is a separate unit. Keyword research, copywriting and attribute checks are done from scratch for each language — keywords, search behaviour and competition differ between marketplaces. A word-for-word translation doesn't build visibility.

Worth keeping in mind

  • Bilingual marketplaces (e.g. Belgium) mean two language versions if you want full reach. You can start with one and add the other later.
  • UK English and US English are two different versions — different keywords, different terminology, different requirements.
  • We agree the order of marketplaces together. We usually recommend starting with one marketplace to confirm the content standard on the first batch, then running the rest in parallel.
05scope of work

Scope of work — from content transfer to full research

We match the scope to each product's role in your range. Different product groups within one order can have different levels.

level 1 / 3

Transferring existing content to the target marketplace

translationAmazon templateparent / childyour Search Terms

For products that already have well-developed copy. We translate the content into the marketplace language, fill in the Amazon template — title, bullets, description, core attributes — build the parent / child variation structure and enter the Search Terms you provide. No keyword research and no copywriting: the content mirrors your source material.

from €105Works well when the content is already good and just needs to be transferred correctly.
level 2 / 3recommended standard

Listing written for the target marketplace

+ keyword research+ copywriting+ Search Terms+ 1 round of revisions

The standard we recommend when entering a new marketplace. On top of level 1, you get keyword and phrase research for that marketplace and language, copywriting of the title, bullets and description based on how local shoppers search, a core set of Search Terms, and one round of revisions included in the price.

from €325The right fit for most products being launched on a new marketplace.
level 3 / 3

Listings for key products

+ competitor analysis+ long-tail & gaps+ full attributes+ copy for AI-driven search

For the products your sales depend on. On top of level 2, you get an in-depth competitor analysis on the target marketplace — which we use to build your selling points — thorough keyword research (main keywords, long-tail, gaps and competitors' weak spots), full front-end and back-end attributes, including those that affect filters, variations and category visibility, and a content structure that answers real customer questions — increasingly important for results generated by AI-based search.

price in the full price listBest for your fastest-moving products and for competitive niches.
typical scenario

A typical setup: the top level for a few key products, the standard level for the rest of the range being launched, and content transfer where the copy is already well developed.

07graphic design

Graphic design

Graphics are a separate scope of work and are billed separately from copy. We offer three options:

option 01

Graphics designed from scratch

— product image gallery and A+ Content / Premium A+. We adapt the layout, headlines and selling points to the language and expectations of shoppers in each marketplace, rather than copying one template across every country.

option 02

Adapting existing materials

for product variations and language versions — from swapping on-image text to changing layout, background and format.

option 03

A design brief for your designer

— a complete specification: gallery and A+ Content structure, number and order of modules, message hierarchy, ready-to-use on-image copy, required dimensions and file formats. It's built on competitor analysis and keyword research, so your designer gets clear direction rather than a general product description.

a+ content setup

We can also quote separately for just setting up A+ Content in your account, if your graphics are already done.

quote

Graphic design is quoted individually — it depends on the number of modules, variations and languages, and on whether we're starting from scratch or adapting existing materials. We include it with your listing quote.

09what to prepare

What to prepare for a quote

  • 1

Category Listing Report from Seller Central — a full list of products broken down by type and variation.

  • 2

Which SKUs should form one multi-variation listing (parent), and which should be separate listings.

  • 3

Existing content — titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, if the products are already listed anywhere.

  • 4

Product technical data — needed to fill in the attributes in the templates.

  • 5

Documents required under GPSR — manufacturer details, instructions, warnings, safety markings.

  • 6

Brand registration status (Brand Registry) — this affects whether A+ Content can be added and how much of the content can be edited.

  • 7

Your choice of marketplaces and language versions and scope of work.

10technical points

Technical points we clarify upfront

Uploading data to your account.

When the data is accepted without errors, the upload is included in the listing price. If the system rejects the data and technical intervention or contact with platform support is needed, we bill this separately, by the hour — always agreed with you in advance.

Account access.

To upload content, we need inventory-management-level access — or we hand the finished files over to your team. We don't need access to finances, orders or customer data. We receive access only through the official user permissions feature in the seller account; we never ask for passwords or two-factor authentication codes, and you can revoke permissions at any time.

Restricted categories.

Some categories require platform approval before you can list. We check this when analysing your product list; obtaining approval is a separate, quoted item.

Where our data comes from.

We collect market and sales data only from the platform's official dashboards and APIs, and from officially integrated apps connected to the client's account with the client's authorization. We don't scrape the marketplace's website and we don't buy data from third parties.

Full information on data processing: Privacy Policy.

situation

the launch of a product with not a single review and no sales history. In a launch like this, the listing is the only argument — there are no ratings for shoppers to rely on, and every ad click is paid for.

what we did

we built a detailed profile of the target customer, and only then wrote the listing — a title, bullets and description that address this group's specific needs and objections instead of listing technical specs. We completed the full set of front-end and back-end attributes and showed the product's benefits in images set in the situations where this customer actually uses it. We ran ad campaigns in parallel, purely to bring traffic to the new listing.

result

Result (weeks 30–34, 20 July – 23 August 2026):

  • weekly sales grew from about €900 in week one to over €16,000 in week five,
  • €52,558 in total revenue and 345 units sold in five weeks,
  • ad cost as a share of total revenue: 15.62% — held throughout the growth period, even though the product launched with no reviews,
  • return on inventory purchased: 32.51%, net margin 15.45%, net profit €8,121.42,
  • a return rate of 3.48% — the listing accurately reflected what customers actually received.

The product started building organic rankings during this period — the hardest stage of a launch without reviews, and exactly where a well-prepared listing does its work.

Germany: a market entry built on copy and graphics alone, with no ad budget

net profit / year€71,266.74
winter range · January€9,000+/month
summer range · season€7,000–9,500/month
situation

the client was launching two seasonal product ranges in Germany. After analysing the niche, we decided that sales would be driven by listing copy and graphics, not by an ad budget.

what we did

dedicated German keyword research (not a translation from Polish), copywriting of titles, bullets and descriptions based on how local shoppers search, product gallery and graphic content, and seasonal launch planning for both ranges.

result

the winter range, launched in October, reached over €9,000 per month by January. The summer range, launched in February, held at €7,000–9,500 per month throughout the season. Annual result: €71,266.74 in net profit, a 28.67% net margin — with zero ad spend.

situation

launching a product in a highly competitive niche on the US marketplace, starting in Q4.

what we did

built the listings from scratch for the US — keyword research in American English, copywriting, full front-end and back-end attributes, variation structure and graphic content. We also ran the ad campaigns in parallel, so the result reflects both.

challenges

FBA storage limits, delivery delays and recurring stockouts at peak season.

result

in the twelfth month after launch, the product ranked 4th in its category on the US marketplace, with revenue above $150,000 and 4,602 units sold per month.

situation

the client's best result to date, at peak season, was $23,000 per month — despite a product they considered competitive.

what we did

rebuilt the listings and graphic content, restructured the campaigns, planned inventory for the season and gradually optimized ad cost. Content was the starting point — without correct attributes and rewritten descriptions, paid traffic wasn't converting.

result

in the December after we started working together (in February), the account reached $250,000 per month. Ad cost was brought down from 40% to 12% of revenue, and the client's net margin stabilized at 10–15%.

Frequently asked questions

Q01

Do I have to give you access to my account?

No, you don't. We can hand the finished files over to your team to upload. If you'd rather we did it, we only need inventory-management-level permissions — with no access to finances, orders or customer data.

Q02

Do you translate, or write from scratch?

It depends on the scope you choose. Content transfer means translating your material. A listing written for the marketplace is created from scratch, based on keyword research for that language — because shoppers in Germany and France search for the same product differently.

Q03

Does a product with many variations count as one listing?

Yes. One product type with all its variations is one billing unit, whether it has three variations or twenty.

Q04

How long does it take?

We deliver in batches, and we set the schedule once the scope is confirmed and we have all the data. The delivery date for the first batch is stated in the quote.

Q05

Do you guarantee a sales increase?

No. Sales depend on the product, price, competition, stock availability and season. What we guarantee is the agreed scope of work, a correct flat file, and content that meets the category requirements.

Q06

Can you improve listings I already have?

Yes — rebuilding an existing listing follows the same process and is priced the same way. Tell us how many products and on which marketplaces.

Q07

Do you only work with clients from Poland?

No. We work with companies from Poland, other EU countries and the US. We communicate in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
